As a user-centric brand in the hospitality industry, Vida needed to create a unique voice that represented its responsiveness to and knowledge of user needs, and its stature at the forefront of the industry.
The Agency immersed itself in the ethos of the brand – Alive and Inspired – and the supporting guideline documents to create a holistic toolkit that would help communicate the core idea of the brand. A unique language style guide which positioned the hotel as a friendly upscale destination for the urban traveller was created, and was adapted to several guest touchpoints within and outside the hotel.
The campaign showcased the destination as a boutique hotel that was both technologically-driven and inspired by human connections, something was well-received by the desired audience. The use of simple yet thought-provoking messaging broke through the clutter of so-called ‘luxury destinations’ and put Vida Downtown Dubai on the map, establishing it as a youthful, energetic space.
