The Ambition
To define a resort brand that embodies timelessness, an island sanctuary where modern innovation and elemental beauty coexist. The ambition was to position Shebara as a signature expression of Red Sea Global’s regenerative vision, translating architectural brilliance and natural wonder into an emotional and enduring guest experience.




The Approach
Working as Red Sea Global’s strategic and creative partner, Insignia was entrusted with transforming Shebara’s vision into a holistic brand and experience system. The approach united philosophy, design, and storytelling to ensure that every layer, from visual identity to sensory detail, echoed the resort’s regenerative intent.
- We conceived the brand’s central philosophy around the idea of eternal presence, shaping the foundation for all design and experience decisions.
- Led collaborative ideation sessions to define Shebara’s narrative pillars, personality traits, and emotional tone.
- Authored the guiding brand promise, “Where Now Is Forever,” establishing the conceptual link between time, reflection, and timelessness.
- Composed a visual and verbal language that expresses Shebara’s dual nature: architectural precision and natural stillness.
- Designed the guest journey through Experience Blueprinting, mapping every sensory and emotional transition from arrival to departure.
- Directed the alignment of interior design, service rituals, and spatial choreography to maintain coherence across physical and human interactions.
- Curated the Communication and Content programme, overseeing film production, photography, and digital storytelling to immerse audiences in Shebara’s poetic world.
- Documented the full brand and experience architecture within an implementation framework to guide creative and operational continuity.
- Positioned Shebara as the emblem of Red Sea Global’s regenerative philosophy, a living harmony of design, light, and nature’s permanence.
