To redefine Soudah Peaks’ visitor strategy in line with leadership’s new direction for exclusivity and elevated positioning. The task was to recalibrate its audience, development programme, and mobility strategy, ensuring that every element of the destination reflected its standing as Saudi Arabia’s premier mountain retreat and an exemplar of luxury-driven national tourism.
